William O. Keys, Jr.

William O. (Saz) Keys, Jr., 87, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Dec 10, 2018. Son of the late Rev. William Osco and Mellie Mae Archer Keys (step-son of Pearl Ratliff Keys).
  He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. His careers spanned from CA to WV to VA. He was a highly active member of Brushfork Baptist Church, also serving with the So Bapt Assoc. He was an energetic servant to the Father. He believed in miracles and was the recipient of many.
In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Anna Pearl Hughes Keys of Coeburn, VA; brother, Keith Archer Keys/late wife Margaret Wright of Rock, WV; Trevor Kent Keys/late wife Syble Irene Phillips Keys of Mentor, OH; Kermit Coolidge Keys of Bluefield, WV.

Survivors include:
Brother Tracy Dillard/wife Mildred Anne Kelley Keys of Chesterland, OH; Sister Dolly Mae Keys Lawrence/husband Ryan of Rock, WV; and Brother Franklin David/Shirley Krondon Keys of Beckley, WV; Jean Scott Keys, wife of Kermit, Bluefield, WV.
4 Daughters and 1 Son: Cynthia Lynn Keys Simonson of Red Bluff, CA; Barbara Ann Keys Sparks of Fort Jones, CA; Terri Ellen Keys Brow of Galt, CA; Brenda Diane Keys MacLean/husband Malcolm of Cloverdale, VA; Robert William Keys/wife RoseMary Young Keys of Crumpler, WV.
Blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many “favorite” nieces/nephews.

Funeral services on Saturday, Dec 15 at 1:00 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell; Pastor Wes Lambert officiating. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Garden Mausoleum. Friends may call from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.
