Wanda Jane Sells

Wanda Jane Sells, 61, of Green Spring Road, Abingdon, VA, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her home.

Born on March 23, 1958 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Edgar J. and Alice Louise Wimmer Holbrook. She was a graduate of Graham High School, had been a resident of Abingdon for 18 years and was a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mandy Gilmore; and her sister, brother and step-sister.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel F. Sells of the home; two daughters, Samantha Don (Joe) Younger of Dallas, Ga, and Susie Lee (Willie) Pigg of Rock; 4 grandchildren, Sierra Sells, Janessa Younger, Brian and Brianna Pigg; and a brother, Wayne Holbrook of Bristol, TN.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 1:30 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Larry Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Bluefield, VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Thursday from 6-8PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
