Wanda Lee Bradford

Wanda Lee Watkins Bradford, 81, of Packing Plant Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at WVU Princeton Community Hospital. 

Born on October 20, 1942 at Duhring, WV, she was a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Edna E. Shrader Arrington. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was retired from Sears where she worked in the appliance department. 

She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Kenneth Watkins and her second husband, Boyd Lee Bradford, Sr. 

Survivors include her daughters, Alisa (Jimmy) Blankenship of Bluefield,WV, Jamie (Clifford) Mitchem of  Bluefield, WV, and Krista (Stephen) Sisk of Princeton, WV; stepsons, Boyd, Jr (and Leila) of La Palma, California, Bryan (and Teresa) of San Antonio, Texas, Barry of Broomfield, Colorado; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren; brothers, Kent (Vivian) Arrington of Bluewell, and Leslie (Pam) Arrington of Princeton; and a sister, Wilma Pennington of Montcalm, WV.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Ministers Rick Mathena and Ron Tabor officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where Cailan Blankenship, Justin Mitchem, Tyler Blankenship, Nickolas Mitchem, Jonce Leedy and Mike Jones will serve as pallbearers. 

Friends may call on Wednesday, from 12:30-1:30 PM at the funeral home.
