Walter Edward Oiler, Sr.

                Walter Edward Oiler, Sr., 74, of Montcalm, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Princeton Community Hospital.                 Walter was born on July 10, 1942 in Goodwill, West Virginia to the late Charles and Carrie Perkins Oiler. He had been a resident of Montcalm for the past 45 years and had been employed by Lusk Deposal as a mechanic.                 In addition to her parents he is preceded in death by his wife Sheryl Jean Epperson Oiler.                 Left to cherish his memory is his three sons Walter E. Oiler, Jr. of Montcalm, WV; Brian L. Oiler of Montcalm, WV and Joseph D. Oiler of Montcalm, WV; three daughters Candace L. Hash of Montcalm, WV; Heather D. Bailey of Montcalm, WV and Regina E. Kipps and husband Clayton of Christiansburg, VA.  Two brothers Raymond Oiler of Montcalm, WV and James Perkins of Beckley, WV and one sister Carol Sue Oiler of Indiana. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.                 Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10:30a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, WV with Rev. Clayton Kipps officiating the service.                 The Oiler family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 9:30a.m. until 10:30a.m. at the funeral home.
