Teresia Gay Lane

Teresia Gay Lane, 70, of Bluefield, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Maples Nursing Home where she had resided for the past 6 years.
Born on August 13, 1947 in Welch, she was a daughter of the late Lee Roy and Ruby Booth Lane. She had been a resident of Bluefield since 1968 and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. She made many friends during her lifetime and was always happy and jolly, in spite of her handicaps.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Lane.
Teresia is survived by:
2 brothers: Randy (Sue) Lane of Green Valley
Jarrell (Betty) Lane of Yorktown, PA
Several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Brian Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00-12:00 at the funeral home.
