Ted Gordon Black, 77 of Bland, VA, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at his home. Born on June 5, 1940 in McComas, he was a son of the late John Sylvester and Mary Addie Dunford Black. He had been a resident of Bland for 18 years and was a retired foreman for New River Casting Company and was also a former coal miner. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.
