Susan Ann Kay Parker

Susan Ann Kay (Nicewonder) Parker, 64, of Pinnacle View Road Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia.

Susan was born on May 20, 1955 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late Darvin Curtis Nicewonder and Margaret Ruth (Kelly) Nicewonder. Susan had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was of the Pentecostal faith. Susan was a retired nurse and owned a local ATV business with her late husband Jerry H. Parker.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother Russell Edwin Nicewonder and one sister Rose Marie (Nicewonder) Allen.

She is survived by two sons Christopher Shane Lusk and wife Hope of Bluefield, West Virginia and Casey Allan Lusk of Christiansburg, Virginia; One sister Brenda Joan “Joanie” Nicewonder of Brushfork, West Virginia; two brothers Bill Nicewonder and wife Wanda Lynn of Carol Stream, Illinois and Tim Nicewonder and wife Gayle of Bluefield, West Virginia. She is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a special friend Sherri Bryant.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2:00pm at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia with Rev. Todd Grey officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield, West Virginia with friends and relatives serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
