Sherry Renee Underwood

Sherry Renee Underwood, 52, of Princeton, WV, passed Saturday, February 1, 2025, at her home. 

Born December 26, 1971, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Sharon Morgan Cook. Sherry was a resident of the Princeton area for over 25 years and was a retired janitor. 

In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Underwood. 

Those left to cherish Sherry's memory are her sons, Eric Underwood, Tyler Underwood, and Zackery Underwood, all of Princeton, WV; brother, Johnny Cook of Welch, WV; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Johnathan Cook officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
