Shelia Mae Bell

Shelia Mae Bell, 60, of Herndon, WV, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019. She was born November 29, 1958 in Bluefield, WV, a daughter of the late Bobby Joe and Ruby Mae Spicer Dudley. Shelia was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Shelia was preceded in death by a son, William Whitt; first husband, Emmitt Whitt; and three brothers.

Six grandchildren
Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with Shelia’s wishes, there will be no services.
