Sharon Peak

Sharon Peak, 73, of Rocky Gap, VA passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at her home. Born January 17, 1950 in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the Late Walter and Ruth Stanley of Twin Branch, WV. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Hayes, Sandra Lucion, and Patsy Marshall; and brother, Buddy McKenzie.

Those left to cherish Sharon’s memory are her husband, Robert Peak and grandson, Sebastian Greene of the home; two daughters, Ginger Greene of Twin Branch, WV, and Shawna Werner of Nutter Fork, WV; two sons, Raymond Dean Greene, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC, and Tony Greene of Hensley, WV; grandson, Bryan Thompson; sisters, Joan Hedrick of Winston-Salem, NC, and Carolyn Gregory of Yadkinville, NC; brother, Michael Stanley of Twin Branch, WV; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. There will be no service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Peak family.
