Shannon “Bae” Sexton, 39, of Sandlick, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at her home.

Born on June 9, 1979 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of Paul and Doris Lusk Sexton. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield. She was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sally Ball, Paul Sexton, Dolly Lusk and Milton Lusk.

Survivors in addition to her parents include:

Son: Deven Barlow

Brother: Michael Sexton and wife Jennifer Hayes

Sister: Shawna Sexton

Nephews: Tarence Phillips, Jacob Hayes, Nathan Sexton and Sam Sexton

Niece: Erica Sexton

Heath Barlow, the father of her son and best friend

Special companion, Larry Hodges

Friends may call on Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
