Sandra Kay “Sandy” Dillon, age 63, of Forty Foot Street, Princeton, WV died Thursday, July 6, 2017, at her residence.Born on June 13, 1954, in Pageton, WV, she was a daughter of the late Charles Penland and Madeline Carver Penland of Pageton. Donnie Farmer and Rev. Doug Bowman officiating. Entombment will follow at the Woodlawn Mausoleum in Bluewell. Her family and friends will be serving as her pallbearers.
