Born on May 12, 1972 in Bluefield, she was a daughter Robert Lee and Betty Jane Carter DeQuino. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluewell.

Survivors include her sister, Sherry Willer of Ft. Myers, FL and brother, Carl Russell Tabor.

She will be cremated and there will be no services.
