Roy Alan Christian

Roy Alan Christian, 49, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at his home.

Born on November 4, 1971 in McDowell County, he was a son of Patricia Holleman Christian and the late Roy Alvin Christian. He had been a resident of Bluefield for 15 years and formerly worked in the textiles industry for Chambers Fabric.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Holleman Christian of Anawalt, WV, and companion Donald Miller of Athens, WV; a son, Alan Stephen Christian of OH and his mother Amber Brown; sister, Julie (Brian) Billings of Trinity, NC; and brother, Mark (Jackie) Christian and children Jocelyn, Jasmine, Juliann, Chasity, and Jacob of Bluefield, WV, and brother, Logan Christian of Anawalt, WV.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Dwayne Houk officiating. Burial will follow at the Hilltop Cemetery in Bramwell with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call prior to services, Saturday from 1:00-2:00 PM, at the funeral home.
