Rosa Compaleo

Rosa Mary Compaleo 80, passed away Wednesday April 26th at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.  She was born in Wilco WV on September 7th, 1936 the daughter of the late Patsy and Carmella Compaleo. She worked for 20 years at Kroger's in Bluefield and Patsy's place in Keystone.  She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Powhatan WV.  She enjoyed working and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her sisters Frances Straight and her husband Thomas Straight, Gena Compaleo, Rosette Wolfskill, and Mary Shepizon. Nephew Patsy Joe and his wife Jennifer Compaleo, their children Nicholas, Hayden, and Isabella.  Nieces Carmella Vitori, Patsy Ann Mabry, and Sherry Compaleo. Nephews Michael Cornell, Johnnie Shepizon, Pete David, Billy Joe, Tony Lee and Terry Compaleo as well as many great nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by brothers Dominic, Pete , Joe and sister Pauline Compaleo.  Funeral services will be conducted father Sebastian Devasya on Monday May 1st, at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bluefield WV and burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Garden in Bluewell WV.
