Robert James Reynolds

Robert James “Bob” Reynolds, 94, of Princeton, WV passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at his home. Born March 22, 1927 in Wilco, WV, he was the son of the late Samuel Henry and Judy Lee Hooker Reynolds. Bob was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served during WWII and was a retired shop foreman for U.S. Steel in Gary, WV. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy E. Reynolds and 10 siblings. He was a member of Carr Memorial United Methodist Church. Those left to cherish Bob’s memory are his special caregiver Barbara Phillips and husband, Steve of Princeton, WV; friends, Stanley and Geraldine Rose of Princeton, WV; and sister, Virginia Combs of Arizona. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Whitlow officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum where church members and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
