Robert Dale “Robbie” Hodges, 46, of Prosperity School Road, Rock, WV, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021 at his home.

Born on December 20, 1974 in Bluefield, he was a son of Anthony Hodges and Deborah Taylor Lester. He had been a lifelong resident of Rock and was a mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Frank Hodges; grandfather, Junior Taylor; and his step-mother, Crystal Hodges.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Anthony (Tanya) Hodges; mother and step-father Deborah (Danny) Lester; children, Brittany (TJ) Jennings, Brice Hodges; grandchildren, Kayd and Jaxtyn; grandparents, Laura Hodges and Rosa Taylor; siblings, Nancy Lewis, Tony Hodges, Ariel Hodges, Courtney Altizer and Isabella Jones. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Paul Looney officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call on Thursday prior to services, from 12:00-1:00, at the funeral home.
