Robert Eugene Hancock, 47, of Rock passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. 

Born March 24, 1973 in Bluefield Wv To Barbara Clifton and Verlin Clower Sr. Sisters include Michelle Carter(deceased), Angela Carter,Annette Clower,Joyce Clower,and Emily Clower who is also biological daughter of Robert,Joscelyn Clower and Jacquelyn Clower.Brothers include Verlin Clower jr. and Cephus Clower. Robbie was a true soul with a good heart, always had a story to tell and a laugh that never failed to travel to all. Very loved son, brother and friend, he will be truly missed as he flew home on November 12,2020 Fly high Robbie we love you so much.
