Robert "Bob" Franklin Bailey, 58, of Bluefield (Green Valley), WV passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at his residence. Bob was born on January 13, 1960 in Welch, WV to the late Franklin and Testie Blankenship Bailey. He has been a resident of Bluefield for the past twenty years.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Brenda Carol Bailey.
Bob is survived by two brothers Stevie "Steve" Bailey of Green Valley, West Virginia; Larry Bailey and companion Tina of North Carolina; two sisters Shelia Long of Hanover, West Virginia and Victoria Manning and husband John of Greensboro, North Carolina.
A memorial service for Bob will be held at later date to be announced.
