Richard Lee Dillon Jr " Dickie" 46 of Bluefield WV lost his life on April 10 2025 from injuries sustained in car crash In McDowell County.
Mr Dillon was born in Baltimore MD on September 5, 1978 to Richard and Patty Dillon. Mr Dillon was employed at Dollar General on Cumberland Rd. He was a jack of all trades. A true gentleman and greatly loved by all. Mr Dillon loved his beloved fur babies Gizmo, Rex, Watson, Sadie and Lucas " puss."
Mr Dillon proceeded in death by his mother Patty Dillon. Sister Mable Bradley. Mother in law Vanessa Jennings Taylor. Brother in law John Taylor Jr. Special aunt Dora Taylor, and a great nephew, Reece Mitchem. Mr Dillon also lost his father Richard Sr the same day he lost his life.
Left to cherish Mr Dillon are sisters Kathy and husband Craig, Mary and husband Roy Mitchem, Dorothy Dillon and brother Wade Dillon. His wife of 28 yrs and the love of his love Michelle. A host of nieces and nephew as well as great nieces and nephews. Special friends Tim Taylor, Brandon Pennington, Billy Adams, and Dustin Walker. Special cousin James "Bj" Testerman and his family.
Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Daniel Bradley officiating. Burial is to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA.
A visitation will be held two hours prior to services, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, at the funeral home.
