Raymond Eugene Knuckles, Sr., 69, of Old Simmons Road, Maybeury, WV, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born on June 16, 1949 in McDowell County, he was a son of the late Dewey and Opal Cochran Knuckles. He had been a resident of Maybeury for 40 years and was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Irene Moore and Bonnie Porterfield; and brothers, Dewey, Billy, Bobby, Mack and Kenneth.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Elders Dennie Mullins, Lonnie Mullins, and Johnny Caves officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Sunday from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
