Patrick Steven Moran

Patrick Steven Moran, 67, of Bluefield, VA, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023 at WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital Bluefield E.R. Born August 8, 1956 in Beckley, WV, he was a son of the late Glen Troy Moran and Virginia Charlene Moran Sizemore. He was a retired veteran of 22 years with the United States Navy and served in Desert Storm and was a lifetime member of the VFW. In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Sizemore; son, Patrick Steven Moran, Jr.; and step-grandson, Jaxson Nester.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Feleesha Hedrick Moran of the home; daughter, Amanda Harvey of Oak Hill, WV; step-sons, Dakota Nester and Jacob Nester, both of Bluefield, WV; step-daughter, Brittany Scott of Bluefield, VA; sisters, Beverly Parker and husband, Bill of Williamsburg, VA, and Rebecca Trent and husband, Bruce of Beckley, WV; granddaughters, Aloria Moran and her mother Alea Ward, both of Scio, NY; step-grandchildren, Dylan Fuller, Nadia Scott, Jason Scott, and Xander Nester; and a host of nieces and nephews also survive. 

In keeping with Patrick’s wishes, he was cremated and there will be no public services. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Moran family.
