Patricia Ann Christian

Patricia Ann Christian, 69, of Anawalt, WV, passed away Monday, December 14, 2021 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born March 13, 1952 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Russell and Louise Sizemore Holleman. Patricia was a life long resident of Anawalt and worked for the West Virginia Department of Highways in Welch and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Roy Alan Christian.

Those left to cherish Patricia’s memory are her children, Logan Christian of the home, Mark Christian and wife, Jackie of Bluefield, WV, and Julie Billings and husband, Brian of Trinity, NC; companion, Donald Miller of Athens, WV; three brothers, Johnny Holleman of NC, Billy Holleman of NC, and Jack Holleman of Bluewell, WV; four sisters, Drema Blankenship of NC, Judy Palmer of O’Toole, WV, Shelby Smith of Leckie, WV, and Bonnie Roark of NC; and 7 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 17, 2021 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Houk officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Christian family.
