Oneda Duncan

Oneda Duncan, 84, passed away on Tuesday February 20th, 2024, at Carrington Place in Wytheville, VA. Born July 2, 1939, in Tazewell, VA, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Minnie Taylor Greer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 11 siblings.

Those left to cherish Oneda’s memory are her daughter, Tina “Sissy” Neal and husband Terry of North Tazewell, VA; Two sons Gary and Ricky Duncan; three grandchildren, Amy Stacey of McDowell County, Melody Tibbs and husband Tyler of Bluefield, VA, and Colton Neal of Bloomington, IN; three greatgrandchildren, Skyler and Hunter Dotson of North Welch and Jackson “Jax” Duncan of North Tazewell; special friends and staff of Carrington Place of Wytheville and Wythe Hospice of Southwest Virginia.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV with Chaplain Jason Akers officiating. If you are planning to attend services, we ask you to meet at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home between 11:00-11:30 AM for the procession. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
