Nancy Sue Smith, 83, of Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at her residence.

Nancy was born on October 17, 1936 in Coaldale, West Virginia to the late Earl Hunter James and Opha Robbins James. She had been a resident of Bluefield, West Virginia since 1977. She was a 1955 graduate of Bramwell High School.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Cecil R. Smith, Sr.

She is survived by her two children Gregory T. Smith, Sr. of Bluefield, West Virginia and Cecil R. “Randy” Smith, Jr. of the home; One brother Daniel James of Falls Mills, Virginia; Grandchild Gregory T. Smith, Jr. of Bluefield, West Virginia. Nancy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Nancy will be held on Monday, November 04, 2019 at 11:00 AM Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia with Minister Kimberly Dash officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield, West Virginia where friends and family will be serving as pallbearers.

The Smith family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, November 04, 2019 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the Funeral Home.
