Nancy Delida

Nancy Vincent Delida, 87, of Palm Harbor, FL, and formerly of Bluewell, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 in Florida.

Nancy was born on June 1, 1932 in Freeman to Mary and Richard Vincent. She was preceded in death by her parents and 9 siblings. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Andrew (Andy) Delida. She worked in the Bluewell Public Service District office for many years. After Andy’s death in 2007, she moved to Palm harbor, FL to be with her only daughter, Andrea Lea Delida Racicot. She was a beautifully strong woman who will be missed by many.

She is survived by her daughter Lea, and two grandchildren, Jordan Paige Racicot and Andrew (Drew) Stephen Racicot of Palm Harbor, FL, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Melissa White officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with friends and family serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call prior to services, from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bluewell United Methodist Church, 228 Warden Avenue, Bluefield ,WV 24701 or a local hospice organization.
