Myrtle Bradbury

Myrtle Taylor Bradbury, 84, of Connelly Springs, NC and formerly of Montcalm, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018.

Born on April 21, 1934 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of Cletus and Loessie Jill Taylor. She had been a resident of Connelly Springs for 3 months and was formerly of Montcalm. She was retired from the Maidenform Company.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William Bradbury; and a sister, Barbara Taylor.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Bonnie Gibson of NC

Son: William (Cathy) Bradbury of Princeton

4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

2 brothers: Donald (Betty) Taylor of Montcalm
Ernest Taylor of Haysi, WV

Sister: Irene Westmoreland of Roanoke, VA

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 4, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial gardens in Princeton where William Bradbury, Shane Bradbury, John Overton, Michael Farley, Gary Murray, Jr., and Steven Keene will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Friday from 12:00-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
