Milgram Raymond Sutphin

Milgram Raymond Sutphin, 71, of School Street, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at his home, with his wife by his side, after a long battle with cancer.   Born on December 2, 1945 in Wytheville, VA, he was a son of the late Willie and Sybil Hall Sutphin. He was a welder for Norkfolk-Southern Railroad and attended Deliverance Temple. He was a veteran of the US Navy and enjoyed fishing and bowling.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Sutphin   Survivors include:   Wife:     Geraldine Hawley Sutphin of the home   2 daughters:       Susie Sutphin Rogers and husband Carl of Bluefield, WV                                 Nicole Nipper and husband Gary of Bluefield, VA   Grandson:           Zackery Nipper   Brother:               Troy Sutphin of NC   Sister:   Judy Sutphin of Boston, MA   Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 3:00PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Princeton with Homer Moore officiating.
