Michael Carlyle Parcell

Michael Carlyle Parcell, of Lakeland Drive, Bluefield, WV went to be with the Lord following a long illness on March 16th at Princeton Community Hospital.

Born on June 24, 1950 in Bluefield, he was the son of the late William and Barbara (Sargent) Parcell.

He was formerly of Montcalm and retired from Coppingers Machinery in Bluefield.
Michael Carlyle will be sadly missed by:

His wife Shirley Dillon Parcell of 41 years.
Daughter: April and special friend Glen Wolfe and his special little buddy-grandson Carter.
Brother: Richard and wife Tami Parcell of Asheville, NC.
Nephews: Jason and wife Sabrina Parcell and son Jaxon of Gray TN and Aaron Parcell of Ashville, NC
Sister-in-laws: Margaret Kirby and husband David and Linda Dillon of Bluefield, WV.
Brother-in-laws: Frank Dillon and wife Phyllis of Waldo Florida and Paul Dillon and wife Lisa of Falls Mills, Va.
Aunts: Annita Sargent, Elizabeth Davis and Shirley Sargent.
Uncle: Franklin Sargent.
Special Pets: Sadie, Ginger, and Joey
Special Friends: Betty Wyatt, Connie Perkins, Vicki Thompson, Donna Cline, Michael K. Summers, Jack and John Eller, Billy and Reba Young.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Pastor David Kirby officiating.

Visitation will be 2 hours prior to service.

In keeping with Carlyle’s wish his body will be cremated.
