Michael Woodrow Brown

Michael Woodrow Brown, 65, of Bluefield, WV, went home to be with his Heavenly Father December 7, 2020.

He was born July 23, 1955 in Bluefield WV, to Beatrice and Woodrow Brown. He was a retired Coal Miner of 43 years. Michael was loved by so many in which some called him Mikie and Pappy. He was definitely one of a kind and a Jack of all trades. He loved to laugh, joke and carry on just have a good time. Michael loved the Lord with all his heart and the love of the Lord shined through him. Just as he loved his family, church family and friends.

He was preceded in the death by his mother and father Beatrice and Woodrow Brown.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife and bestfriend of 45 years “He was my everything and more”  Sherry Lynn Brown of the home. His Daughters “Our Daddy will always be our Hero”  Sabrina Chuck White of Princeton  Charity David Coates of Bluefield  . His Grandchildren “who were the Apple of his eye” Caleb and Isabella Poore  and Step Grandchildren Matthew, Angela and Anna Grace Coates all of Bluefield. His seven sisters who he loved with all his heart Dianna and Stanley Martin of Princeton, Jinny Brown of Bluefield, Aggie and Bill Tucker of Cocoa Beach ,Florida Kay Belcher of Bluefield, Regina Proffitt of Sevierville, Tennessee, Margaret and Ronald Pigg of Rock and Tina and Bill Morris of Bluefield. He had several nieces and nephews and he loved everyone.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Deliverance Temple Church in Brushfork with Pastors David Kirby and David Lusk officiating. Friends may call one hour prior, from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
