Melvin Keith Hubbard

Melvin Keith Hubbard, 65, of Duck Pond Road (Bluewell), Bluefield, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at his home.

Born on October 23, 1952 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Dallas Dewey Hubbard and Pauline Sheets Hubbard Lucado. He had been a lifelong resident of Montcalm and was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was a former concrete truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Combs.

Daughter: Melissa (Corey) Clark of Princeton

Son: Melvin Keith Hubbard, Jr. of Bluefield

Grandson: Jackson Clark of Princeton

Brothers: Dallas (Katie) Hubbard of Princeton
Kenny Hubbard of FL

Sister: Sandra (Tommy) Crotts of Princeton

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. David Kirby officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Mercer County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will follow on a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 1:00-2:00PM at the funeral home.
