Melvin Dale Hall

Melvin Dale Hall, Sr., 77 of Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at his home.

Born Monday, June 10, 1946 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Leonard and Nellie Hamlin Hall. He was a retired motor winder. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Melvin Hall, Jr., Tony Hall, sister, Betty Burton; and brothers, Gene Hall and Leonard Hall, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Harriett Joan Browning Hall; stepson, Jerry Browning; 4 grandchildren; step great grandchildren, Justin Browning and Stephanie Browning; nephews, John Akers, Rusty Akers, Donnie Akers, Ricky Akers, Bobby Hall, Billy Hall, Randy Hall, Steve Hall, Phil Burton, and Mike Burton; nieces Theresa Richardson, Karen Sampson, and Drema Farley; and a sister Kathy (Darrell) Shrader.

Graveside services will be at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 Monte Vista Park Cemetery with the Rev. George Stamper officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers. 

Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:30AM.
