Mary Elizabeth Slovak, 69, of West Lafayette, OH, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018.
She was the wife of the late David Slovak and was also preceded in death by her parents, Orin and Helen Whyde; a son, David, Jr.; a daughter, Christy Slovak; and one brother, David Whyde; and one sister, Myrna Whyde.
Survivors include: 2 daughters, Pamela (Keith) Smith of Rock, WV, and Becky (John) Mason of West Lafayette, OH; 2 grandsons, David Mason and Nathan Thompson; a great grandson, Liam Thompson; a brother, Sonny Whyde of Ohio; sisters, Linda Triscari of OH and Cheryl Shaver of NC; and several nieces and nephews and a special niece and caregiver, Stephanie (Nathan) Pfalzgraf.
Cryptside services will be conducted on Friday at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bluewell with Rev. Mary Molnar officiating.
