Mary Juanita Sirbaugh, 85, of Doileda Lane, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Princeton Community Hospital.
Born on December 21, 1933 in Asco, she was a daughter of the late James Wesley and Bertha Bishop Perkins. She was a resident of McDowell County for the greater part of her life and she had made her home with her daughter for the last 13 years in Bluefield. She was a faithful member of the Welch Church of God in Maitland Circle for over 40 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James Perkins, Marlin Perkins and James Wesley Jr; and a grandson, Justin Hicks; baby Sissy; and an uncle Thomas E. Perkins.
Survivors include one brother, Thomas E. (RoseAnn) Perkins of Fredericksburg, VA; three daughters, Cynthia Sirbaugh of Princeton, Cheryl (Ronnie) Wells of Asco, Doileda (Punkin) Tony Thompson of Bluefield; three sons, Timothy (Elaine) Smith of Brooksville, FL, Richard (Tammy) Sirbaugh of Dunbar, WV, and Kevin (Diana) Sirbaugh of Welch; 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and a special caregiver, April Riggs.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God at Maitland Circle in Welch with Bishop Timothy E. Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6-8PM at the church.
