Mary Leah Freeman

Mary Leah Austin Freeman, 35, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at her home.  Born November 9, 1985 in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of Chap Austin, Jr. and Dena Shrewsbury Grose.  Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Freeman; Chap Austin, Sr., Mary L. Austin, Thomas Shrewsbury, and Olivia Shrewsbury; her stepdad, Jason Grose, and uncle, Larry Shrewsbury.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Chap Austin, Jr. and Dena Shrewsbury Grose; son, Malaki Freeman-Grose of NC; daughters, Brooklyn Freeman-Grose and Hope Freeman-Grose, both of NC; sisters, Kristina Austin of NC, Alexis Austin of VA, and Kyndall Grose of Princeton and Angie Yokosuk

In keeping with Mary’s wishes, she was cremated and there will be no services.  Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell is serving the Freeman family.
