Mary Ellen Cline

Mary Ellen Cline, 83, of Isaban, WV, went to her eternal home Saturday, July 11, 2020 after a long illness, surrounded by family at her home. Born October 5, 1936 at Tamcliffe, WV, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Martha Mae Gravely Taylor. Mary was a member of Isaban Baptist Church where she loved fellowshipping with her church family.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde J. Cline; brothers, Gerald Taylor and William H. (Bill) Taylor; sisters, Kathleen Hager, Patricia Hendrix, Lorrain Lochhart, Josephine Thomason.

Those left to love and cherish Mary’s memory and mourn her passing are Joseph Cline and wife, Sherry of Isaban, WV, William (Keith) Cline and Sarah (Jackie) Cline of the home; and Nancy Waugh of Carrollton, VA. Grandchildren are Paul Cline, Michelle Cline Browning, Matthew Thornsbury, Pamela Thornsbury, and Justin Waugh; Great-grandchildren are Emily Browning, Landin Thornsbury, Jaelyn Thornsbury, Anna Waugh, Zoey Waugh, Braxton Cline, and Chase Cline.

Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Craven’s-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Gary Justice officiating.  Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.cravens-shires.com.  Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Cline family.
