Mary Ann Cheeks

  Mary Ann Cheeks, 84, of Littlesburg Road, Bluefield, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2018 at Princeton Community Hospital.   Born on May 17, 1933 in McDowell County, she was a daughter of the late Emmitt Sizemore and Zellie White Sizemore.   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edd Dewitt Cheeks and one son Jeffery Cheeks.   She is survived by her children Kathy Rodriguez and husband Richard of Brenham, Texas, Hazel Farmer and husband Larry of Rocky Gap, Virginia, Calvin Checks and wife Teresa of Princeton, West Virginia, Ricky Cheeks of Bluefield and Michael Cheeks and wife Crystal of Caretta, West Virginia.   She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren; a daughter in law, Shelby Cheeks of Bluefield; and Ronnie Mills, who was like a son to him.   Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 11:00 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum with Pastor Ronald Reeves officiating.   Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at Woodlawn Mausoleum at the time of services.
