Mark Alan Aust, 58, of Bluefield, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 20, 2020 at his home.

Born on June 27, 1962 in Bluefield, he was a son of Beulah Mae Hilton Aust of Bluefield, and the late Arnold Edward Aust. He was a recent retiree of Mercer County Board of Education where he served the schools for 31 years. He was a member of the Fairview Christian Community Church. He had a love for Ford trucks and country music, especially the music of “Reba”.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sharon Kay Aust.

Left to cherish his memories include his mother, Beulah Mae Hilton Aust and brother, James Aust of the home. He is also survived by two sisters Carolyn (Darryl) Aust Vance and Kathy M. (John) Hurst, both of Bluefield; brother, Wayne (Melissa) Aust of Westminister, MD; seven nieces and nephews, Sharon Boothe of San Diego, CA, Cory Zellmer of Marshall, NC, Matthew (Cassie) Aust of Westminister, MD, Joseph (Erin) Aust of Columbia, MD, Leah (Jason) White of Rock, WV; Elizabeth (Casey) of Bluefield and Rachel Hurst of Bluefield; and seven great nieces and nephews, Kylie and Natalie White, Landon and Tanner Aust, Ricky and Logan Foster, and Finn Aust.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Christian Community Church with Rev. Larry Dyer and Rev. Blake Bivens officiating. Entombment will follow at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Princeton with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Thursday rom 6-8PM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
