Lucy Jeanine Riggs

Lucy Jeanine Riggs, 65, of Princeton, WV, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021.  Born April 26, 1956 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Richard Junior and Dorothy Meadows Anders.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Herman Hancock, Jr., and sister, Betty Foy. 

Those left to cherish Lucy’s memory are her children, Angie Riggs, April Ross and son-in-law, Brian, Steven Simpson, and Danielle Simpson; brother, Danny Anders (Glenna); sisters, Carol Jennings, Patricia Watkins, and Janis Perez; grandchildren, Amber,   D’Anthony, Ashanti, Brandie, Khloe, Zoey, Cayleigh, Eviahna, and Gage; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Monday, November 29, 2021 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the time of service.
