Linda Rae Parker

Linda Rae Parker, 73, of 1830 Browning Lambert Mountain Road, Rock, WV, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017 at her home.   Born on August 27, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of the late ray and Lorene Moore Crigger. She had been a resident of Rock for 35 years and was a retired manager from the former Hill’s Dept. Store in Green Valley.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Crigger; and a grandson, Arlis Morris.   Survivors include:   Husband of 35 years:      Arnold Parker of the home   2 daughters:      Kim Thompson and Melvin of Glenwood                                 Donna Morris of Glenwood   3 grandchildren:               Jacob Thorne, Joe Morris, and Samantha Radford   2 sisters:              Sylvia Roten of Bluefield                                 Joyce Lawson of GA   Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Minister Jack Johnson officiating.
