Linda Juanita Davis

Princeton- Linda Juanita Farmer Davis, 70, of Princeton, WV passed away Monday February 26, 2018 at Princeton Community Hospital.Born February 8, 1948 in Welch she was a daughter of the late Vernal “Preacher” Farmer and Virginia “Jenny” Davis Farmer.Linda was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Princeton and had retired from Eddie Asbury Coal Co. as a Bookkeeper and was a resident of Princeton for the past 35 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in death by her husband; James “Alan” Davis.Survivors include a daughter; Heather Lynn Davis of Princeton, two brothers; Danny Farmer of Pageton, WV, Kenneth Farmer and wife Mary Of Ludowici, GA, four sisters; Kathy Huff and husband Tommy , Darlene Pinter and husband Mark , Brenda Valach and husband Ted , Carolyn Dillion all of Princeton, and staff of Amedysis Hospice Care.Funeral services will be conducted Thursday March 1, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel with her nephew Pastor Dewayne Farmer and Rev. Ryan Parks officiating. Entombment will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum located in Bluewell.Friends may call Thursday March 1, 2018 from 12:00 P.M until time of service.
