Leonard Darrell Rotenberry

      .   Leonard Darrell Rotenberry, age 67, of Princeton Towers in Princeton, WV died on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Princeton Community Hospital.   Born on October 1, 1950, in Welch, WV, he was a son of the late William and Dorothy Mae Cruise Rotenberry. He was a proud native of McDowell County but had lived in Bluefield for 30 years and Princeton for the past 3 years. He loved to work on cars and travel. He enjoyed watching all sports and loved to socialize and discuss. He was a devoted father and grandfather and loved spending time with his family. His granddaughters were the love of his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Harold and Carl Rotenberry; and sisters, Geraldine Salpines, Shelby Robertson, Lois Forest, Margaret Evans, Freda Rayman and Sharon Rotenberry.   Survivors include:   Sons: Jason Rotenberry and wife Rebecca of Bluefield, VA            Jay Rhea and wife Gayle of Bluefield, WV   Brothers: Bill Rotenberry of Collinsville, VA                  Jacky Rotenberry of Princeton, WV                  Larry Rotenberry of Salem, VA                  Terry Rotenberry of Princeton, WV   Sister: Pauline Trump of Roanoke, VA   2 Granddaughters: Adrienne and Summer Rotenberry   Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Terry Choate officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
