Kristina Ann Taylor

Kristina Ann Taylor, 30, of Montcalm, WV, passed peacefully at her home after a brief illness. Her boisterous laugh and outgoing personality will be missed by all that knew her.  She made friends easily and never knew a stranger.  Kristina graduated from Montcalm High School in 2008.  She attended Concord University and Bluefield State College.  Her smiling face was seen working at several locales in the Montcalm-Princeton area including Grants, Kroger, First Community Bank, Sam’s Club, and Suddenlink Communications.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry Taylor, Sr. and Wayne Mitchell.

Kristina is survived by her parents, Joan and Larry Kent Taylor; brother, Larry Kent III; grandmothers, Lois Mitchell and Eloise Taylor; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; fiancé and life-partner, Kasey Edmondson; and fur-children, Punky, Zinger, and Nala.

Kristina’s wishes will be upheld, and she has chosen to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date at New Covenant Church of Princeton, where she was a member and enjoyed serving God with her church family. Those wishing to send condolences are asked to make donations in lieu of flowers to the family directly to aid with funeral expenses or to the church.  The family is choosing to grieve privately at this time.
