Kirby Dean Riggs

Kirby Dean Riggs, 62, of Hilltop Drive, Princeton, WV, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Princeton Community Hospital.

Born on June 2, 1959 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Ward and Betty Dunford Riggs. He had been a resident of Princeton for 32 years and was a retired auto mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Farmer Riggs of the home; sons, David (Sarah) Riggs of Bluefield, Kirby (Ashley) Riggs of Princeton; daughters, Stephanie (Shawn) McGlothlin of Bluefield, WV, Kattie (Johnathon) Hagerman of Oakvale, WV; 11 grandchildren; brother, Ricky (Drema) Riggs of Princeton, WV, and sisters, Cindy (Benny) Reed of Montcalm and Rebecca Riggs of Princeton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Ginger Neeley officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Wednesday prior to services from 12:00-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
