Katherine "Kitty” Knight Williams

Born in Keystone on March 2, 1934, to the late John Mack and Elizabeth Knight.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, James F. ''Jim” Williams, one brother, David Knight and a sister, Patricia McGough.

She leaves behind three children, Randell S. Williams of Bluefield, WV, Philip (wife Dawn) of Lexington, NC and Karel “Lynn" Williams of the home; three grandchildren, Jeremy Williams (wife Brandy), Amanda Rich (husband Jon), and Laura Clark (husband Stephen) and two great grandchildren.

Kitty was respected by all who knew her and adored by her children and grandchildren. She taught by example and was a firm believer in family above all else.

She was homemaker for many years and later pursued a career as a Magistrate for Mercer County where she retired as Chief Magistrate.

Private graveside rites are to be held.
