Karen Marie Meadows (Epperson) 64 of Marshville, NC passed away at Atrium Heath Union in Monroe, NC and entered Heavens gates on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, She attended Bramwell High School in West Virginia. She worked for 3M Scott Fire & Safety for 16 years where she was a Machinist 1, in which she loved. She was an avid lover of Lighthouses. Karen was a beautiful soul, and her smile could light up any room. She was devoted to her family and had such a big heart for everyone. She was such a special and sweet woman who was the glue that kept her family together. She is truly going to be missed more than she would have ever understood.

Karen is survived by her husband of 45 years William Meadows (Fuzz) from Marshville, NC. Sons Wayne Meadows (Lindsey Whitley) from Matthews, NC and Jeremy (Nicolette) Meadows from Marshville, NC. She had 4 grandkids which included Austin Meadows, Tyler Meadows, Makenzie Meadows and Trevor Meadows. She also had 4 bonus grandkids which included Haley Whitley, Cole Whitley, Logan Mcswain and Kyleigh Mcswain whom she treated no different than her biological grandkids. She is also survived by her sister Laurenda Stiltner (Leon) from Tazewell, Virginia and her brother David Epperson from Bluewell, West Virginia.

She is preceded in death by her father Vinson Epperson and mother Christine Burnette Epperson. Also, 2 brothers Vinson Epperson Jr. and Timothy Epperson. Along with one sister Sheryl Oiler.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Clayton Kipps officiating.
