Julia Ann Byrd

Julie Ann Short Byrd, 58, of Bluefield WV went to be with lord at BRMC on Sunday March 8th 2020. Julie was born on January 3, 1962 to the late Charles Short and Ella Mae Bogle. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her grandmother, Matie Short; Brothers, Wayne Short, John Short; and Sister, Jennie Neal. She is survived by her husband, Tony Byrd; Sisters, Tammy Fralick and husband Jerry of Bluefield WV, Sandra Ross and husband Ike of Mocksville NC, and Jacqueline Atkins of Lexington NC; and Brothers, Roger Wilbrant and wife Kim of Gainesville FL, and Charles W Short of Mocksville NC.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Lieutenant Dennis Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until the time of service.
