Johnny Covington Lester, Jr.

Johnny Covington Lester, Jr., 63, of Daniels, WV, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the Daniels Center in Daniels, WV. 

Born on January 12, 1962 in Bluefield, he was a son of late Johnny C. and Betty Jo Waltz Lester. He was a former sales associate for Lowes.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Lester. 

Survivors include his daughter, Santana Leser Mayle of Bluefield; his former wife, Carol Kipfinger and a brother, Ricky Lester. 

Memorial services will be conducted on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Captain Jerry Lester officiating. 

Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM on Thursday.
