Johnny Lane DeQuino, 81, of Simmons River Road, Bluefield, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at his home.
Born on November 6, 1936 in McDowell County, he was a son of the late Louis and Maudie Shrader DeQuino. He had been a resident of Duhring for 69 years and was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of the VFW. He was retired from Bluefield Supply Company and the Noland Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ed, Tony and Sam; and sisters, Martha and Rose.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 5:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Minister Tony Reed officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
Friends may call from 4:00-5:00PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the American Cancer Society.
