Jean Yevonne Rowe

Jean Yevonne Harrison Corder Rowe, 71 of Bluefield, WV passed away at home in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 13, 2023 with her nieces by her side. Jean was born October 18, 1951 to the late James and Virginia Harrison. She was a “Jill of all trades”, but her most rewarding was being a housewife, mother and grandmother. Jean was a “social butterfly” and made everyone she met feel special. She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Rock, WV. In addition to her parents, she w as proceeded in death by her beloved son, James H. Corder and brother Howard “Nick” Harrison. Jean is survived by her brothers, James E. Harrison and wife Brenda, and Richard S. Harrison. Special daughter, Kim Brown and special granddaughter, Emmalee Brown and 2 special great-grandchildren, Paislee and River. Special nieces, Beth Gianato and Jayne Burks and their families. In keeping with Jean’s wishes, she will be cremated and there will be a memorial service at a later date. Craven-Shires Funeral Home is serving Ms. Rowe’s family.
